Have had great communication since unitiiPM took over managing our property. They are quick to complete my requests and easy to get ahold of. The 24 hour customer service came in handy when I had an emergency after midnight. Highly recommend

The condo I live is amazing and the administration is fantastic. The manager is 100 focused on the building repairs, modernization and always answers quickly when I something goes wrong and I his assistance is required.

My Grandmother and I did a viewing today on Galbraith House apartments. The agent showed us multiple units, was very informative and very kind, and was very fast with response times and getting us in for the viewing. The location is beautiful, the pricing is very fair, the building is well maintained and the guests we ran into in the building seemed like lovely people as well. Would definitely recommend:)

Just finished my application to move in The James with my boyfriend. Amazing services. Brendan was great and so was his coworker. Honestly, we visited a bunch of apartments before theirs and the service was impeccable. Would honestly recommend.

I’ve lived at Chelsea Estates for three, going on four years now. Yes it’s an older building, but the lobby and apartments are renovated and modern.. The courtyard with trees and picnic tables is unique, and a nice addition that I’ve never had in an apartment before. The new manager, Chris, is a nice guy, professional. Things get fixed and taken care of. There’s also security guards at night, I’ve always felt safe and the building is quiet (older buildings are concrete and the neighbours have never been a problem to me!)
