Shirleen brings over 15 years of experience in managing financial operations and guiding organizations towards financial stability and growth. With a strong foundation in accounting, Shirleen holds two degrees in Business Administration majoring in Accounting/Finance & Information Systems. Moving on further as a Chartered Accountant and now working towards accomplishing her CFA designation, Shirleen started her accounting career as a cost accountant in a manufacturing industry in Fiji Islands. She moved to Canada in 2010 where later she joined the property management industry with a combination of development and investment working her way up in each accounting role.

In her current role a Controller at UnitiiPM, her key responsibilities are to lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory standards, supervise the accounting and finance team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting. Outside of work, Shirleen is passionate about plant care. As an active community member, she also helps the schools in Calgary by volunteering in the book fair and bookkeeping activities.

Jaime brings extensive experience in residential property management and plays an important role in delivering exceptional service to both property owners and residents. Her expertise includes operations, team leadership, resident relations, leasing performance, financial management, and client service. Throughout her career, Jaime has successfully managed multifamily residential portfolios, supported onsite teams, improved operational efficiencies, and built strong relationships with owners, residents, and vendor partners. Her proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to providing quality service help ensure properties are professionally managed and residents receive a positive rental experience. At unitiiPM, Jaime focuses on creating effective property management strategies, supporting operational excellence, and fostering strong relationships that contribute to the long-term success of the communities and properties she manages.

Alicia brings over a decade of experience in residential property management, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and fostering exceptional resident experiences. She began her career as a Building Manager with Broadstreet Properties before advancing to Regional Manager with Premium Rentals, where she oversaw multiple residential communities and focused on portfolio performance, team leadership, and operational success.

In 2020, Alicia joined Greystone Residential Management, which later became part of UnitiiPM. After contributing to the organization for several years, she expanded her expertise with Strategic Group, gaining valuable experience in mixed use property management before returning to UnitiiPM in 2026.

Throughout her career, Alicia has developed extensive experience in operations, leasing, resident relations, budgeting, asset performance, and team leadership across both residential and mixed use portfolios. She is passionate about building strong relationships, creating thriving communities, and delivering exceptional service for residents, clients, and the communities she serves.

Ashley Herron brings over 13 years of diverse property management experience to her role as Area Manager at unitiiPM. She began her career in 2012 at a Midwest call center, quickly advancing to Property Administrator and Leasing Specialist, managing 326 townhouse doors and providing support across seven additional properties.

Throughout her career, Ashley has gained extensive expertise across multiple sectors, including condominium management with Esquire, agriculture, commercial properties, and government projects, most notably managing transportation utility corridor contracts for Alberta Infrastructure. She also served as Building Manager at Greystone Residential Management Corp for three years, honing her skills in day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and team leadership.

Ashley’s broad industry experience, combined with her dedication to operational excellence and tenant satisfaction, ensures that every property she oversees runs smoothly and efficiently.

With over 10 years of experience in residential multifamily marketing, Akersh Bahl brings a strategic, creative, and results-driven approach to promoting communities and strengthening the unitiiPM brand. His extensive industry knowledge allows him to develop marketing strategies that connect with prospective residents, enhance property visibility, and support the success of every community in the portfolio. Akersh's expertise includes digital marketing, content creation, social media management, website management, digital advertising, and brand development. By combining creativity with data-driven insights, he creates impactful campaigns that attract qualified renters, increase engagement, and showcase each property's unique value.
