We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of machinery and mechanical equipment within our facility.

Duties:

• Complete daily checks/Logs on Mechanical Equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical systems. (Daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime. (Coordinate with Contractors when required)
• Analyze mechanical equipment’s performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Complete daily rounds of all common areas.
• Oversee the surveying of buildings and equipment to ensure they maintain proper health and safety standards.
• Complete tenant work orders in a timely manner.
• Ability to multitask and juggle a variety of appointments and requests at one time.
• Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner and be able to prioritize important work.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the facility.
• Complete suite turnover maintenance in a timely manner. (Repairs, Wall Repair, Painting, etc.)
• Complete Back-to-Back Maintenance on Month end. (Complete repairs/painting in suites between the time the old resident moves out and the new resident moves in same day)
• Able to work between multiple buildings preforming the above duties. (Having a reliable vehicle is a must)
• Be available for an Emergency On-Call schedule.
• Snow Removal on sidewalks and doorways.

Skills:

• Knowledge of boiler/HVAC operations and maintenance.
• Experience in the following items:
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Millwork
• Drywall
• Painting
• Flooring
• Mechanical
• Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
• Experience with BMS and CMMS Management Systems.
• Ability to multi-task and manage/track time efficiently.
• Must have valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
